  Wonderful people they always go out of their way to accommodate the customer, whether it be on the telephone or for actual transport.
  I love working with On Time they give you the truth about situations when they arise and don't try to point the finger at others. The people there are very personable, I like the fact that with all of the calls they take on a daily basis, they recognize my voice and know my name.

  On Time Transport provides unparalleled service to my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. Mom is in a clinical trial & having our family able to feel confident & safe about her regular transportation to multiple appointments is priceless. She is always treated with the such respect and dignity. I would recommend this service to anyone!! On behalf of my whole family... Thank you!
